What does writing teach us? What does each story we write say to the potential reader? How can writers strive to tell stories better and better and stay true to their literary style?
These are all questions you should ask your self when trying to define your literary style or stay on course with your writing style.
We all know at times it can be a bit hard to stay the course in our storytelling, but with knowing who you are as a writer and lots of reading, any writer can define who they are in their writing.
It's important to know the types of stories you wish to tell as well as incorporating your own techniques. Whether made up or a collage of many techniques made into your own over time; it will make your stories very interesting and rather unique.
As you develop this, and keep it up, your stories will touch many readers in a major way.
Today; define you in your writing and stay true to who you are as you strive to tell your next story.

SPICY LIT NIGHT CAP! WORD PLAY: "Tingle"
This word is an automatic when creating a hot and steamy love story or very gritty nasty black love drama.
When I think of this word I immediately get goose bumps! It has a ripple effect, much like when your lover is caressing you in one spot, which automatically makes those other spots jump to the tenth power!
You can use this word in a number of ways in your story. Many people use it as a description as they describe how one charater feels. Writers also use it in performance poetry to give a smooth, yet in your face effect.
There are power in words, but more power in the description of the word. The more you can describe the word the more your readers will get wrapped up in you stories/poetry.
Today, use "tingle" in a way that you never have before, and realize the potential a word can bring to spice up your story/poetry.

TAKE A MENTAL NOTE!
Writing can help us in many ways to see things clearly and to tell the kinds of stories we want to tell to our potential audience.
Many of us who are writers are always on the move and going about our daily lives.
As your out and about today, take a mental note of what's going on around you. Sometimes those small things can yield big returns in the creative process.
It's also important to take a mental note because incorporating real life aspects into your stories can have a real life affect on your potential reading audience.
Today; as your running around and going about your business, take a mental note. You never know where it will take your story.

Storytellers!
Storytelling is an exciting way to reveal something interesting or just to be creative.
As you tell your story, be sure to incorporate something spicy, dramatic, unforgettable and down right interesting.
Start by looking at your own life, but changing it up so that it seems new. Once you've done that, take it to the next level by creating good characters around what your story is truly about. Remember it says alot when your characters pop.
Today, take the time out and start telling your stories. Who knows, it could turn out to be a bestseller.
