SPICY LIT NIGHT CAP! POETRY PLAY: "Nature" Is What We See!

"NATURE" IS WHAT WE SEE BY: Emily Dickineson

Nature" is what we see—
The Hill—the Afternoon—
Squirrel—Eclipse—the Bumble bee—
Nay—Nature is Heaven—
Nature is what we hear—
The Bobolink—the Sea—
Thunder—the Cricket—
Nay—Nature is Harmony—
Nature is what we know—
Yet have no art to say—
So impotent Our Wisdom is
To her Simplicity.

RIDE AND BE FREE WITH YOUR WRITING!

Being able to be free in your writing is an amazing feeling!

It's something that writers feel when they let themselves open up and ride the storytelling wave of no regret. As we do this, we don't limit ourselves to being one sided or let so-called writers block take over our writing mood.

The most important thing to remember is to, be free in your thinking.  Allow yourself to breathe in and out and let your natural abilities take hold so that your freedom to tell the story you want to tell takes shape.

Today: think about what it means to ride and be free in your writing. Take those thoughts and mold them into somethng spectacular so that your storytelling can shine.

RIDE YOUR WRITING WAVE!

Writing is a joyful outlet practiced by many. It can help when we go through painful situations as well as those happy moments.

When writing, focus on the source of the story and ride it all the way to the end.

Let the wave of your joy or pain be the catalyst for the story you want to tell.

Today, ride your writing wave to the fullest and, with that, dig deep to stay on the wave so your story can be the one story that no one puts down.

SPICY LIT NIGHT CAP! POETRY PLAY: Again and Again and Again!

AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN BY: Anne Sexton

You said the anger would come back
just as the love did.

I have a black look I do not
like. It is a mask I try on.
I migrate toward it and its frog
sits on my lips and defecates.
It is old. It is also a pauper.
I have tried to keep it on a diet.
I give it no unction.

There is a good look that I wear
like a blood clot. I have
sewn it over my left breast.
I have made a vocation of it.
Lust has taken plant in it
and I have placed you and your
child at its milk tip.

Oh the blackness is murderous
and the milk tip is brimming
and each machine is working
and I will kiss you when
I cut up one dozen new men
and you will die somewhat,
again and again.

When you think about how exciting telling a story can be, it brings an exciting feeling to you as you pick up your pen and begin your journey for your next story.

It's important to remember to get yourself as a writer in a place where your thinking about the story and excited to pen it.

SPICY LIT NIGHT CAP! WORD PLAY: Vibrate!

Tonight's spicy and flirty word is "vibrate."

When I think of this delicious word it definitely brings a feeling so yummy and so mesmerizing, that it takes your thoughts and your heart beat to another level.

This word is all about the "thump" or the "bump" to be exact. Hearing something vibrate is like a mystical evolution that conjures up little thoughts that float down your brainstem, to the tips of your fingers.

It's a natural sound of all things we hear, see, taste, smell and touch.

Remember when using the word vibrate in your writing, think of those natural things that you tend to ignore. Walk outside and have a conversation with nature to understand what this word is all about. Then use it in your writing and explore it to the literary fullest.

LAUGH AT YOUR WRITING MISTAKES!

Laughing at ourselves is, most of the time, very enjoyable and takes the edge off.

When we as writers laugh out loud at our writing mistakes instead of taking ourselves too seriously; then we can stay in the moment more.

As we know, laughing is an amazing act to partake in no matter what kind of literature we are working on. It helps us to stay in the writing moment and keep the flow of our writing natural and simple.

Today; laugh at your writing mistakes. After you get a good laugh in, fix them and it keep it moving.

Remember it's what makes a good writer a humble one.

SPICY LIT NIGHT CAP! POETRY PLAY: Water!

WATER BY: Literary Diva BTR of Diva's House Of Literary Coffee

Waking up I feel my mouth water and touch all of my senses to alert them.

When my feet hit the ground the feeling of juice that runs through my body gives my organs power like no   other.

When I start eating my mind masturbates to its own drum as life notifies it.

As I start to feel my thoughts my body tingles as life trickles to every point to hit the spot.

The revolution for the day has begun and I am in the midst of it as my body and my whole existence is taken on an oceanic trip.

The soft but sometimes rough intimate notifications are astounding but breathe life in me.

A poke, a tingle, a pain, a drip, is all moments of life that takes it to another level.

Never thirsty, I’m filled with wet lusciousness and grand opulence of holy juice to quench my thirst of opportunity.

Sipping on sexy, sipping on power is my body as it transcends into validation.

The revolution for the day has begun and I am in the midst of it as my body and my whole existence is taken on an oceanic trip.

Eager to stay wet and juiced up I realize this is real and beautiful.

As I start to feel my thoughts my body tingles as life trickles to every point to hit the spot.

Never thirsty I’m filled with wet lusciousness and grand opulence of holy juice to quench my thirst of opportunity.

Reminding me the revolution for the day has begun and I am in the midst of it as my body and my whole existence is taken on an oceanic trip.
